Shipping & Returns Policy

 

At Meropi Couture, each piece is carefully handmade to order, which means we don’t keep stock on hand, and we don’t rush the process. This allows us to ensure that every veil, accessory, and detail is created with the care and attention it deserves.

Shipping Timeframes

All shipping timeframes are based on the individual product and how long it takes to make by hand. Some pieces are ready sooner than others, depending on the materials, level of detail, and current order queue. Estimated production and delivery times are listed on each product page.

If you need your order by a specific date, or sooner than the listed timeframe, we may be able to offer a rush order for an additional fee. Please get in touch before ordering to confirm availability.

Once your order is complete, shipping time will depend on your location and selected courier. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your item is on its way.

 

Returns & Change of Mind

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. This includes choosing the wrong length, colour, or style, so please read the product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before placing your order.

If there is a concern with your item when it arrives, such as damage during transit or an error in the order, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
